  • How do I contact you?
We are a private kitchen which means we do not have a storefront and we keep hours based on our needs and baking schedule for the week. The best form of communication is through one of our contact forms here on the site or directly through an email to allthecrumbles@gmail.com.
  • Can I stop in and see what items are available?
No. We are a custom-order bakery, which means we only make what our clients order.
  • Do you deliver?
Yes! We are a delivery-only bakery. We do not have a public storefront. We deliver to most Winchester addresses at no-cost*. Outside of our free delivery area there is a small fee dependent on mileage to your location. Contact us directly for more delivery questions! *no-cost delivery does not apply to weddings or other large event deliveries
  • What are your payment methods?
We accept PayPal and all major credit cards. We require all orders to be paid in advance before delivery.
  • Where are you located?
We do not have a public storefront. We bake out of a private, satellite kitchen in the Winchester area and offer delivery. We deliver for free to most Winchester addresses (excluding weddings or large order events), and charge a small fee dependent upon mileage for deliveries outside of Winchester.
  • How do I order a cake?
If you are interested in ordering a cake and getting a no-obligation quote, please refer to our quote request page, or email us at allthecrumbles@gmail.com. We love details, so be sure to include specifics on what you're looking for. This includes your date of event, how many you are serving, cake design ideas, and photo inspiration if you have it.
  • When should I place my order?
We recommend you place your order as soon as you know what you’d like. Our calendar tends to fill very quickly and far in advance. Our time is limited as we are a small operation and like to devote special attention to each order we take. Contact us or send us an email to see if we have your event date available.
  • How much does a cake cost?
Cake prices vary and are dependent on cake size, amount of servings, extent of cake decor, and other factors. We find that most of our clients spend on average a minimum of $70 for a basic buttercream celebration cake. As we are a fully custom bakery, prices vary greatly from customer to customer. Contact us with some more information about your event (date of event, how many you need to feed, cake design ideas, etc.), and we can go from there to get a quote started for you.
  • What are your GLUTEN FREE options?
We know that having a gluten restriction is frustrating. Currently our menu offers French macaron (made with almond flour) in an array of flavors, shapes, and designs. We also offer some cake flavors, cookies, and pies in alternate flours. Contact us for more information. Please keep in mind that we are not a strictly gluten-free or allergen free kitchen.
  • Do you provide Vegan Friendly options?
We do offer some vegan alternatives on our current menu such as cake, cupcakes, and pie. Contact us for more information.
  • Do you make custom baked goods?
Absolutely! We are a fully custom bakery and can create all kinds of desserts for any occasion. Contact us to find out more information on the types of desserts we offer and pricing. Dessert tables are a great option for weddings!
  • Are any of your products sugar free?
No. But seriously, we do have some limited offerings with sugar alternatives. Contact us directly to discuss different options to make your dessert sugar free.
  • How do I care for my order once I get it?
Every order is different and requires different care upon receiving it. When in doubt just ask and we are happy to inform you on the best way to transport, store, and serve your sweets.
  • What are your cake serving sizes?
We can provide you with slicing guides and offer suggestions based on your event and type of dessert. Contact us for more information!
  • How do I cancel my order?
We know sometimes things happen! We also know each situation is different. Always contact us directly if you need to make any change to an order, including to cancel it. Orders may NOT be cancelled within 72 hours of pickup/ delivery.
  • Will my product look exactly like the photo?
Everything in our kitchen is made from scratch and hand crafted. We use recipes that are tried and true and high quality products to keep consistency. Items may not be identical to what you see on the website or on your Pinterest board due to the hand crafted nature of each item, but we do our best to keep them consistent!
  • Will you mail some cookies or macarons to me?
We are currently taking a break from shipping our macaron and our Etsy shop to focus on local orders. Contact us for any further questions about shipping.
  • I have a restaurant or coffee shop of my own. Do you offer wholesale options?
We do not currently offer any wholesale options or contracts. Contact us directly for more information.
  • Do you hold baking classes or private instruction?
We love to encourage others to pursue their love of baking. We have taught classes in the past and look forward to it in the future, but we are currently not offering any private or class instruction. Check with our favorite local kitchen store Nibblins in Winchester for any classes we might be teaching through their program.
